Please accept our apologies but unfortunately perishable food items cannot be returned and all sales are final 

We do package our candy securely however due to the nature of the crystal candy and some of them being small pieces sometimes they may crack or break

If your product has arrived severely damaged or broken please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve this for you
